بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
O you who is wrapped
Stand all night except a little—
Half the night, or a little less,
or a little more—and recite the Quran ˹properly˺ in a measured way.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمُزَّمِّلُ
قُمِ ٱلَّيْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا
نِّصْفَهُۥٓ أَوِ ٱنقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيلًا
أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا
